We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding most Asian destinations and some remote locations). Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mystic Store gear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our hassle-free return process works:

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unworn, unused with original tags attached
    • In original packaging with all accessories
    • In resalable condition (free of odors, stains, or damage)
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on neoprene hoodies & sweats or thermal rash guards unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order (use the template below)
  2. Get Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship It Back: Package your return securely and include the original packing slip
  4. Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once the return is received. Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For our customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
