While we hope you’ll love your wetsuits, rash guards, and accessories as much as we do, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as smooth as catching the perfect wave.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unused with original tags attached
- In original packaging with all accessories
- In resalable condition (free of odors, stains, or damage)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on neoprene hoodies & sweats or thermal rash guards unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order (see template below)
- Get Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions
- Ship It Back: Package your return securely and include the original packing slip
- Wait for Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

International Returns
For our customers outside the United States (excluding most Asian destinations and some remote locations):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
