What types of wetsuits and water gear do you offer?
We specialize in premium water sports gear including:
- Children’s sun suits, rash guards, and wetsuits (summer and winter)
- Men’s wetsuits (long john, shorty, summer, winter, and separates)
- Rash guards and quick-dry clothing for all ages
- Neoprene hoodies and sweats
- Ponchos/changing robes and accessories
How do I choose the right wetsuit size?

Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide with just a few exceptions. We currently don’t ship to most Asian countries and some remote locations. Popular destinations include:

- Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)
- Selected countries in Africa & Middle East (South Africa, UAE)
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (automatically selected for fastest delivery to your location). Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (Economy Mail Service). Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking.
Can I get expedited shipping?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Items must be unused with original tags attached
- Custom or special order items may not be returnable
What if my item is defective?
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
